How do I get access to the community page?
The community page is open for viewing to visitors, but to be able to post messages on the wall, send personal messages, upload photos and take part of our downloads, you need to have booked a voyage on board EUROPA. Once you have booked a voyage, you will receive your login details per email.
Why can I not post messages in all communities?
Once you have booked a voyage, you have full access to the community of the voyage you are going on. You have viewer access to all other communities.
I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
On the login page, click on the link “Forgot your password?” Here you can enter your email address and reset your password.
Who can see my community page profile?
Only trainees going on the same voyage as you can view your profile, which includes your name, nationality, age, short bio and profile picture (if you have updated your profile with this information). All other viewers can only see your full name and profile picture. Your email address cannot be seen by anyone but the Bark EUROPA office team, and fellow trainees to whom you send a direct message.
How can I contact fellow trainees?
You can post messages for all fellow trainees to read on the message wall. You can also respond to posts on the message wall by commenting on a post, or sending a direct message to the person posting. This message will be sent as an email to that person, and they will be able to reply by sending you an email. Direct messages can only be seen by the person they are sent to.

Is all the travel information for my voyage available on the community page?
Much of the final voyage information can be downloaded from the community page. However, we do ask you to also keep an eye on your email inbox for any messages from the Bark EUROPA office.
What photos can I upload in the photo gallery?
We ask you kindly to only upload your own photos in the gallery, and only photos related to the ship or the voyage you are going on. If you see anything offensive or inappropriate posted in the photo gallery or on the message wall, please contact the Bark EUROPA office.
