Skysails and stunsails

Good day

The pace we are sailing at is not quite "smoke and oakum", but it is just above the average we need to make to get to Tonga in time. So, we can't complain, I suppose.

This morning there was a little bit more wind, but then we went for plastic trawling, and after that the wind died. The day was spent with speeds around 2,5 knots and skysails set and stunsails on the way. An island that we passed was on the horizon.

Because of the slow speed, all was a little bit less exhilarating than yesterday, but the food made up for loads! Onion soup for lunch and lamb stew with couscous for dinner. Excellent grub, mr Gaastra!

Best Regards
